As an Account Executive at Freedom2o, you will be responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships with bars, restaurants, and grocery stores to ensure the distribution and availability of our products. You will be a crucial part of our sales and distribution team, helping to grow our brand presence and increase access to Freedom2o.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Expansion: Identify and target new bars, restaurants, and grocery stores for potential partnerships and distribution agreements. Develop a strategic plan for expanding our presence in your designated territory.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers and key personnel at potential and existing distribution partners. Act as the primary point of contact for all accounts.
- Product Knowledge: Become an expert in Freedom2o water products, including their unique features, benefits, and value proposition. Effectively communicate these details to potential clients.
- Sales and Negotiation: Present our water products and negotiate distribution agreements that align with the company's goals and objectives. This includes pricing, terms, and volume commitments.
- Account Management: Manage and monitor existing accounts to ensure orders are placed, deliveries are made on time, and customer satisfaction is maintained at a high level.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Use this information to adapt and refine your sales strategy.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including customer interactions, sales volume, and revenue generated. Provide regular reports to the management team.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and logistics teams to coordinate promotions, marketing campaigns, and product launches to support distribution efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Proven sales experience in the food and beverage industry, preferably in a distribution role.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets.
- A passion for sustainable and premium water products.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
